It aims to provide high security and decentralization while utilizing the Proof of Work (POW) consensus mechanism. The total supply of WhaleCoin is set at 21 million, with an initial pre-mine of 300,000 WHA. The block reward is 5 WHA, with a block time of 60 seconds. Additionally, to ensure network stability, difficulty adjustments occur every 60 blocks.
