XeggeX is a cryptocurrency exchange platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) that allows its users (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Users”) to trade a variety of digital assets and access related services.

The XeggeX Platform is an ecosystem comprising the XeggeX websites (with domain names including but not limited to https://www.xeggex.com/), mobile applications, applets, and other applications developed to offer XeggeX services.

XeggeX (hereinafter also “We,” “Us,” “Our”) respects and values your privacy and the confidentiality of your account information. 5. Cookies

1. 5.1 Cookies are a small amount of data that is sent to the User’s browser and stored in the User’s computer hard drive. Only when the User uses their computer to access the Platform can the Cookies be sent to the User’s computer hard drive.

Users understand and acknowledge that the Platform is not liable for the content or activities of such third-party websites or partners.

7. User Rights

As User of the Platform, you have the following rights:
