How to create a Support Ticket

We pride ourselves on our support team which is available 24/7. All registered users have access to the support ticket system and may create tickets at any time for any issue which may occur. All tickets are responded to within 12 hours of submission.

Support for exchange related issues is only provided through support tickets. The XeggeX team will never send direct messages on any platform or ask for sensitive information such as email, password, etc.

Follow the steps below to open and manage support tickets on the exchange.

1. Navigate to the Support Center here: https://xeggex.com/account/support

2. Press “Create a New Ticket” and a window will pop up.

3. Select the category for the issue you are currently facing from the drop-down menu.

*For deposit and withdrawal issues, please make sure to also select the asset which you are having issues with. We have hundreds of assets listed on the exchange. By selecting the asset, we are able to better provide support.

4. In the input below, describe your issue in full detail to the best of your ability.

5. Once all inputs are filled correctly, press “Submit New Ticket” and our team will respond as soon as possible.

*To attach files or reply to the ticket, press the highlighted ticket ID and you will be redirected to your ticket. To attach a file, press “Browse for file…” and select the file. Press reply to upload the file to your ticket
